1. Nature of the Program

The Program is an educational, experiential, and consciousness-based offering that may explore topics related to expanded awareness, personal insight, perception, belief systems, spirituality, and personal development.

You understand and agree that participation in the Program may challenge or alter existing mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological, philosophical, or belief frameworks, and may result in changes to your awareness, perceptions, attitudes, interpretations, priorities, or actions.

The Program is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal services.

2. Voluntary Participation and Sound Mind

You affirm and represent that:

• • You are participating voluntarily and of your own free will;
• • You are of sound mind, legally competent, and capable of making informed decisions;
• • You understand the nature of the Program and have chosen to participate with full awareness that your internal experience and perspective may change.

If at any time you experience discomfort, confusion, distress, or disagreement, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to discontinue participation and seek appropriate support if desired.

3. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that participation in the Program involves inherent and unforeseeable risks, including but not limited to:

• • Emotional or psychological discomfort
• • Challenging or destabilizing of previously held beliefs or identities
• • Changes in perspective, motivation, priorities, or behaviour
• • Personal, relational, or professional shifts resulting from changed awareness

You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

4. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

• • No specific outcomes, results, insights, benefits, or experiences are promised or guaranteed;
• • Individual results vary based on personal interpretation, application, and choice;
• • You alone are responsible for how you interpret, integrate, and act upon any information or experiences arising from the Program.

5. Release and Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless:

Becoming Awesome LLC, its members, partners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising directly or indirectly from:

• • Your participation in the Program;
• • Your interpretation or application of any information, content, or experiences;
• • Any mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological, personal, relational, or professional outcomes you experience.

This release applies even if such outcomes were unexpected or undesired, and regardless of whether they occur during or after participation in the Program.

6. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, interpretations, and outcomes before, during, and after participation in the Program.

Nothing within the Program removes or replaces your personal agency, discernment, or responsibility.

7. Severability

If any provision of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
